The faculty of the Developing Your Interpersonal Skills program is made up of professionals who are involved in teaching, research and the business world. This program's team comprises:
    Nuria Chinchilla
    Professor of Managing People in Organizations

    Nuria Chinchilla is the director of the International Center on Work and Family at IESE Business School. She has spent many years advising businesses and public administrations about the balance between work and family. In 2002 she promoted the establishment of the IFREI index on family-responsible businesses. She is author and coauthor of various books, including "Dueños de nuestro destino: cómo conciliar la vida profesional, familiar y personal" and "Rotación de directivos". Prof. Chinchilla is the 2001 FEDEPE "Woman Manager of the Year" and a member of the Top Ten Management and Who's Who in Spanish Management. She sits on several international advisory boards.

    Ph.D. in Business Administration from IESE Business School, University of Navarra, and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Wales.

    Durante 20 años ha sido directora general y vocal secretaria del Consejo de Administración de una entidad educativa de más de 1.300 alumnos. Miembro del Patronato de Fundación Pineda dedicada a la promoción social y educativa, de la que fue su principal promotora. Esther Jiménez también es consultora de empresas. Sus áreas de especialización son el desarrollo de competencias de liderazgo, empleabilidad, motivación, avance de la mujer en la empresa, conciliación trabajo, vida personal y familiar y gestión estratégica y de proyectos. Es coautora, con la profesora Nuria Chinchilla, de varios capítulos de libros y artículos.
    Guido Stein
    Professor of Managing People in Organizations and Negotiation Teaching Unit

    Guido Stein is Professor at IESE Business School in the Department of Managing People in Organizations. He is partner of Inicia Corporate (M&A and Corporate Finance). Prof. Stein is a consultant with firms in diverse sectors such as finance, industry, energy and professional services. He is member of The International Academy of Management and the International Advisory Board MCC (Budapest) and is a collaborator with People and Strategy Journal, Corporate Ownership & Control,Harvard Deusto Business Review, European Business Review and Expansión

    Prof. Stein's books include Managing People and Organizations: Peter Drucker's Legacy, CEO: carrera y sucesión. Escalando la cima, El arte de gobernar según Peter Drucker.     He is the author of more than 40 business cases and numerous technical notes. His current research focuses on undesirable turnover in top management, power and taking-charge processes.
