Nuria Chinchilla is the director of the International Center on Work and Family at IESE Business School. She has spent many years advising businesses and public administrations about the balance between work and family. In 2002 she promoted the establishment of the IFREI index on family-responsible businesses. She is author and coauthor of various books, including "Dueños de nuestro destino: cómo conciliar la vida profesional, familiar y personal" and "Rotación de directivos". Prof. Chinchilla is the 2001 FEDEPE "Woman Manager of the Year" and a member of the Top Ten Management and Who's Who in Spanish Management. She sits on several international advisory boards.

Francisco Gay’s broad experience includes sales and executive positions in various companies in the service, food, financial and education sectors. He has occupied the posts of sales manager, head of the sales department, unit head, managing director and CEO.
