    Julián Villanueva
    Professor of Marketing

    His research interests are in the area of customer equity. Specifically, he studies models capable of measuring and managing the discounted sum of cash-flows of a company’s pool of customers. He is also interested in customer relationship management (CRM), brand management and product positioning, price discrimination, customer segmentation and targeting, Internet marketing, and linking marketing spending to long-run performance.
    Philip Moscoso
    Professor of Production, Technology and Operations Management
    Ph.D in Industrial Engineering and Management, ETH Zurich
    M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering, ETH Zurich

    Professor Moscoso's primary area of interest is the management of service operations. Central in this work is developing strategies and systems that help firms achieve service excellence, and ultimately profitable growth. His second work stream focuses on the design of operations management systems from a systemic and strategic point of view.
    Carlos Rodríguez-Lluesma
    Associate Professor of Managing People in Organizations

    His main areas of interest include organizational microsociology; interactions between agency and social structure; knowledge creation and sharing; and professional service firms. In addition to IESE, he has held teaching positions and research assistantships at Stanford University and the University of Navarra. He has done consulting work in several sectors, including financial services, biotechnology, consumer goods and management. He serves as an adviser to a political consulting firm in Silicon Valley.
