El claustro del programa Asegurar el éxito en la gestión del cambio está formado por profesionales que trabajan tanto en la enseñanza como en la investigación y el mundo empresarial. El equipo de este programa incluye a:
    Luis Palencia
    Professor of Accounting and Control and Analysis of Business Problems

    He worked for three years in the project management section of the engineering group, Bechtel. One of his assignments involved supervising the works carried out by the construction division of the Barcelona 1992 Organizing Olympic Committee.His research interests are primarily focused on the area of business valuation using accounting measures, and the effects of the accounting regime on accounting-based valuation models. He is also interested in analysis of profitability and financial diagnosis. Prof. Palencia has participated in a number of consulting projects, most of which have concerned business valuation, an area in which he has developed business models for Internet start-ups, software companies and transportation companies. He has also designed and implemented cost systems for industrial companies.
    Marc Sachon
    Professor of Production, Technology and Operations Management
    Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management, Stanford University
    MBA, IESE, University of Navarra
    Diplom-Ingenieur Aerospace-Technology, University of Stuttgart

    His main areas of interest are process improvement, supply chain management and engineering risk analysis. His research areas include e-supply chain management, product development, project management and engineering risk analysis, primarily in the manufacturing and automotive sectors. He has published both in academic journals, such as IEEE Transactions, and business journals such as European Business Forum (EBF). He has contributed chapters to several books on operations management and process improvement. Prior to entering academia, Prof. Sachon worked for several years at IBM's German headquarters in Stuttgart-Vaihingen. As a consultant, Prof. Sachon has been involved in projects with companies such as Morgan Stanley, Hugo Boss Industries, United Airlines, Merck KG and the Bonneville Power Authority
