El claustro del programa Internacionalizando la PYME está formado por profesionales vinculados no solo a la docencia, sino también a la investigación y al mundo empresarial. El equipo de este programa lo forman:
    Albert Fernández
    Professor of Accounting and Control and Entrepreneurship
    Ph.D. in Business Administration, Boston University
    MBA, IESE, University of Navarra
    Bachelor´s Degree in Business and Economics, UNED, Spain

    Alberto Fernández specializes on the strategic implementation of management systems, including the areas of planning, information and follow-up, as well as control, evaluation and incentives. He also specializes in budgeting and cost systems. Prof. Fernández serves as the director of FINAVES, a seed-capital project backed by IESE and private and institutional investors that exclusively funds business ventures spearheaded by alumni of the IESE Business School programs
    Enrique Chinchilla
    Lecturer of Financial Management

    Degree in Law, Universitat of Barcelona

    A lawyer with a Masters from IESE Business School, he has broad experience in the field of fiscal planning for both Spanish and international companies, as well as being involved in many projects involving the heritage of families and businesses. He is the founder of Euroforo Abogados and is partner-director in the firm while participating as a speaker at numerous business and academic forums and seminars.
    Carlos García Pont
    Professor of Marketing and Analysis of Business Problems

    Degree in Industrial Engineering, Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya

    Carlos García Pont is professor in the Marketing Department. His work places special emphasis on the importance of alliances in understanding competitive strategy, the organizational needs of market-oriented organizations in industrial markets and subsidiary strategy in global corporations.

    He has also done work in the areas of strategic management and marketing strategy. Prof. García Pont has had extensive experience with both local and multinational organizations in his consulting activities.

    Carlos Sánchez-Runde
    Professor of Managing People in Organizations
    Doctor of Philosophy in Management (Human Resource Management), University of Oregon
    Master in Business Administration, IESE, University of Navarra
    Degree in Law, Universitat de Barcelona

    Prof. Sánchez-Runde has held teaching and research appointments in the US, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Mexico and Peru. He is the author of several books: People Management Skills: A Senior Management Analysis; Strategic Human Resource Management; and Firm Strategy and Human Resource Management: A Case-Study Approach (Doctoral Dissertation). He has recently co-edited the following volumes: Innovative Forms of Organizing: International Perspectives; and Multinationals, Institutions and the Construction of Transnational Practices. He has also published numerous articles in both specialized and popular outlets such as Journal of World Business, Advances in International Management, Harvard-Deusto Review, Revista de Empresa y Humanismo, and Revista Internacional de Organizaciones. His areas of specialization include strategic human resource management, compensation and pay policies, and cooperative labor-management relations.

    Senior Lecturer of Financial Management

    He is currently a Managing Partner of law firm Sancho-Vallet, specializing in commercial consulting.
