Frederic Sabrià is a professor of operations management. He is also an active consultant in the field of logistics. He holds a Ph.D. and a master's degree in civil engineering from the UC Berkeley. Prof. Sabriá's professional experience includes his participation in the development of the Barcelona International Airport, the redesign of the logistics system for a major Spanish oil company, the evaluation of ISDN transport applications in Spain and the development of a strategic plan for the city of Barcelona and a master plan for the Logistics Department of the Barcelona ´92 Olympic Organizing Committee. Professor Sabriá teaches operations and supply chain management at the MBA level and also participates in various executive education programs. He is the academic director of the program on logistics management which IESE runs in conjunction with Cranfield. Prof. Sabriá has published many articles in academic journals and is the author of over 15 case studies.

Eduardo Navarro is the executive president of the Quartex Group, Improven and Sherpa Capital, and is the CEO at Tandem Capital. He is considered one of the leading experts in crisis management in Spain and is the author of the book "¿Quieres salvar tu empresa?" published by Planeta. He is a regular contributor to Expansión business daily through his blog Gestionando con optimismo on business management today. He is a board member of the Association for Progress in Management (APD). Over the years, he has sat on 40 management boards and/or boards of directors. He has a degree in Industrial Engineering.
