Created in November 2006 under the leadership of Josep Maria Rosanas, the Crèdit Andorrà Chair of Markets, Organizations and Humanism strives to promote research into all fields related to markets, organizations and the human facet of companies, with special emphasis on the importance of people in management.
The basic goals of the Crèdit Andorrà Chair of Markets, Organizations and Humanism include:
Helping improve understanding of markets and organizations as methods of coordinating human activity using a humanist approach.
Examining the current situation in Andorra and its business community to increase the chances of improvement and growth.
Fostering the education and training of business people and senior managers in Andorra and other countries to ensure that they perform their duties properly.
The Chair disseminates its studies and research findings through the general media, specialized journals, academic forums and in books and other publishing formats.
