    Prof. Ariño specializes in strategic alliances, particularly in their structural design, process issues and evolutionary aspects of the inter-partner relationship. Prof. Ariño is the academic director of the Anselmo Rubiralta Research Center on Globalization and Strategy at IESE. She serves as a member of the editorial board of Journal of Management, and Journal of Strategic Management Education.

    He has over 17 years of consulting experience developed in Europe, North America, Asia and LATAM. Deeply understands the legal aspects to carry out business globally and in multicultural environments. As part of professional activities Prof. Costa Sant´Anna has conducted consulting projects for companies to internationalize their operations worldwide. Furthermore, he has enjoyed PriceWaterhouse and Coopers & Lybrand in the Auditing and Tax Departments.
    Professor in top Universities, Specialist and Speaker in the following subjects: Strategic Alliances, International Tax Planning, International Trade, Doing Business in Emerging Markets, Legal Aspects of International Business, International Negotiation and Company Internationalization.

    Uno de los artículos más recientes del Prof. Lee sobre cultura y el encaje de las personas con el entorno, titulado "Satisfaction and Individual Preference for Structuring: What is Fit Depends on Where You Are From" (Satisfacción y preferencia individual para la estructuración: lo que conviene depende de dónde vengas) ganó el Premio Best International Paper, otorgado por la Organizational Behavior Division en la reunión anual de la Academia de Dirección en 2006, y fue uno de los tres finalistas del premio Carolyn Dexter Award. Actualmente, varios de sus otros artículos están en revisión para su publicación en diarios académicos.

    Crítco ad-hoc del diario Leadership Quarterly y miembro del comité editorial de la Revue Économique et Sociale. También es miembro de la Academy of Management, la Association of Psychological Science, el European Group of Organizational Studies, la Standing Conference on Organizational Symbolism, la Association Francophone de Gestion des Ressources Humaines y de la Association Internationale du management Stratégique.
