{"id":2701,"date":"2019-10-08T11:25:34","date_gmt":"2019-10-08T11:25:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.iese.edu\/standout\/?p=2701"},"modified":"2024-03-04T10:20:59","modified_gmt":"2024-03-04T10:20:59","slug":"lenguaje-no-verbal-herramienta-poderosa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.iese.edu\/standout\/es\/lenguaje-no-verbal-herramienta-poderosa\/","title":{"rendered":"El lenguaje no verbal, la herramienta de persuasi\u00f3n m\u00e1s poderosa"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row css=\u00bb.vc_custom_1559140963143{margin-top: 0px !important;margin-bottom: 0px !important;padding-top: 0px !important;padding-bottom: 0px !important;}\u00bb][vc_column css=\u00bb.vc_custom_1559216895048{margin-top: 0px !important;margin-bottom: 0px !important;padding-top: 0px !important;padding-bottom: 0px !important;}\u00bb][vc_column_text css_animation=\u00bbbottom-to-top\u00bb]<span data-contrast=\"auto\">Las palabras exactas que usas no importan tanto como la convicci\u00f3n, la pasi\u00f3n y la energ\u00eda que pones en ellas, como dec\u00eda Mark Twain. <strong>En un discurso, el lenguaje no verbal tiene tanto peso o m\u00e1s que lo que dices<\/strong> y, bien usado, te permite ganar credibilidad y persuadir a la audiencia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Lejos de la manipulaci\u00f3n, con un buen dominio de la oratoria y de la puesta en escena podr\u00e1s persuadir y convencer comunicando de forma honesta y efectiva.<\/p>\n<h3>Primer paso: t<strong>ener algo que decir<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>No hay reglas m\u00e1gicas sobre la mejor postura, qu\u00e9 hacer con las manos o c\u00f3mo gestionar la mirada mientras hablas en p\u00fablico, pero si logras transmitir autoridad y energ\u00eda, reforzar\u00e1s el mensaje verbal que deseas comunicar y conectar\u00e1s con tu audiencia, asegura <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.iese.edu\/es\/claustro-investigacion\/claustro\/conor-neill\/\">Conor Neill<\/a><\/strong>, <em>Lecturer <\/em>de Direcci\u00f3n de Personas en las Organizaciones en el IESE.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e1s que preocuparte porque los gestos acompa\u00f1en tu discurso, deber\u00edas preguntarte si realmente crees en lo que dices. <strong>Tener algo que decir es el primer paso para dar un buen discurso. \u00abCuando conectas con el porqu\u00e9 de tu mensaje, tu voz, tus gestos y tu mirada acompa\u00f1an y refuerzan tus ideas\u00bb<\/strong>, se\u00f1ala el profesor Neill.<\/p>\n<h3>Segundo paso: exponer adecuadamente<\/h3>\n<p>Una vez identificado lo que quieres decir, es importante que seas capaz de exponerlo bien, y eso requiere mucha pr\u00e1ctica. Los m\u00fasicos nunca tocan por primera vez una pieza en un concierto, sino que ensayan horas y horas antes de salir al escenario. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 no hacemos lo mismo antes de hablar en p\u00fablico? \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 no practicamos nuestra oratoria antes de enfrentarnos a la audiencia final?<\/p>\n<h3>Tercer paso: intensidad adecuada<\/h3>\n<p><strong>La intensidad con que pronuncies el discurso tambi\u00e9n influir\u00e1 en el impacto conseguido<\/strong>. Has de tener muy claro qu\u00e9 es lo m\u00e1s relevante que quieres comunicar y ser consciente de la emoci\u00f3n que deseas contagiar.
