Adem<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00e1<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">s, registran un menor absentismo laboral y menos incidentes de seguridad y deficiencias de calidad.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">La importancia del compromiso de los empleados es incuestionable y, sin embargo, la\u00a0<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">mayor\u00eda de las empresas a\u00fan no alcanzan sus objetivos<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0a la hora de inspirar y unir a sus equipos.
