target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Gallup&#8217;s most recent survey<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">,\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">shining a light on the remaining 85% of employees whose attitudes and performance qualify them as\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">disengaged<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Of these, roughly\u00a0<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">25% could be described as conclusion:\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">t<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">he companies\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">that\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">thrived all applied positive leadership<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">,<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u2019<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u201d he explains. \u201cIn this regard<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">,<\/span><\/b><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><\/b><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">the number one responsibility of a leader Rather,<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0it encourages managers to<\/span><\/b><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0play on people\u2019s strengths<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0and\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">create<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0an environment where\u00a0<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">team members<\/span><\/b><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0find meaning in their work<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.
