Porque el mundo necesita mujeres líderes
The IESE Women in Leadership (I-WiL) network unites a community of women leaders of all ages and at different stages of their journeys with the mission of fostering diversity in business and women's leadership as a driver of positive social change around the world. It is an initiative of the Carmina Roca and Rafael Pich-Aguilera Chair of Women and Leadership, whose holder is Professor Nuria Chinchilla.
The network organizes specific events, such as breakfasts with successful executives and networking lunches. In addition, women's leadership and the impact they have on companies are investigated, and the results are shared with governments and organizations.
The main objectives of I-WiL are:
- To promote the presence of women on Boards of Directors and at all levels of management of companies.
- Link the development of female talent with the strategy and culture of organizations.
- To promote a change in the mentality of leaders, in culture and in organizational practices.
