OPENING MODULE Reassessing the Foundation
BARCELONA November 13-17, 2017
OPENING MODULE During the opening module, participants take a step back to reassess their views on current business and economic environments. Participants will be divided into teams that will stay together throughout the program.
CORE PROGRAM Managing Value Creation
WARSAW December 13-14, 2017 • January 10-11, 2018

CORE PROGRAM Core sessions look at leaders and their role in managing change, developing corporate strategies and creating value. Participants will implement their newly gained insights in their companies and discuss the consequences at the following session.
CLOSING MODULE Heading into the Future
BARCELONA June 18-22, 2018
CLOSING MODULE The last module will help participants unleash entrepreneurial potential in their firms. Participants also finalize their take-home agendas to implement at work upon the program completion.
