Diversity at IESE Business School

Diversity at IESE Business School

An inclusive environment
where everybody is welcome

IESE provides an inclusive environment for everyone, regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, color, national origin, age, disability (physical or mental), sexual orientation, marital status, socioeconomic status or physical appearance.

These standards are a concrete reflection of our values. IESE is a school founded in the Christian tradition, and precisely because of that, open to everyone and respectful of everyone. The standards reinforce those values, which are based on the dignity of every human being. Anyone coming to IESE should have a clear idea of what they will find – and what will be expected of them in the way they deal with others.

Every member of the IESE family is expected to contribute in a collaborative and positive way, creating an environment in which everyone will be treated with dignity and respect. In this way, everyone can succeed and see their talents flourish more easily.

IESE expects to see all of those who are working and studying in the institution live and work with a spirit of inclusion, collaboration and support for others. This also means generosity in helping others with their work, and kindness in all communications, in whatever form.

The environment at IESE should be welcoming for all. Any form of discrimination or harassment of any kind will absolutely not be tolerated. Moreover, aggressive behavior and language, insults, even though not considered harassment, are also unacceptable.

Violations of these standards will lead to disciplinary action, including possible termination for staff and expulsion for students. Participants should speak with their Program Director to report cases of discrimination or harassment, and employees with the People Area.
