For early stage entrepreneurs
WeStart is a community of early stage entrepreneurs and coach/mentors dedicated to supporting initiatives and people who believe in having a positive impact on business and society.
WeStart is aimed at startups that have validated commercial products with customers or have early commercialization of up to €500,000. Our mentors are experienced entrepreneurs who generously share their knowledge and experience.
WeStart’s support is built around mentoring activities, which match entrepreneurs with successful entrepreneurs, and networking among its members.
WeStart forms part of IESE’s entrepreneurial ecosystem for new ventures, innovation and growth.
How does the mentoring program work?
The weStart mentoring program connects IESE student or alumni startups with mentors. WeStart offers entrepreneurs two different mentoring options:
Startup Mentoring
Regular meetings over the course of a year, allowing entrepreneurs to discuss product development, validation, growth fundraising or other strategic challenges together with their mentors.
Legal Mentoring
Up to three hours of mentoring, allowing entrepreneurs to receive advice from prestigious legal experts with extensive experience in the startup ecosystem. Founders can use the time for general mentoring or for specific issues, such as reviewing investor termsheets or structuring fundraising rounds.
