Reformulating How the Leaders of the Future Are Taught

Richard H.K. Vietor, Senior Associate Dean at Havard Business School, discusses the current challenges facing IESE and Harvard, including the quest to become truly global and the search for gifted researchers who are also effective teachers.

He stresses the ongoing importance of the ethical values courses, which train students to act more responsibly than the generation that contributed to the current financial crisis. He also expands on the curriculum, which now features an increased focus on team activity, as well as the new programs offered to attract a higher number of female applicants.
