Christoph Schneider holds a Ph.D. in Information Systems and a BA in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from Washington State University.

His research interests include human-computer interaction, electronic commerce, and computer-mediated collaboration. His research has appeared in peer reviewed journals including Information Systems Research, Management Information Systems Quarterly, and Management Science. He is a co-author of the leading textbook Information Systems Today, published by Pearson, and the textbook Information Systems Project Management, published by Prospect Press. Christoph serves as a Senior Editor at Information Systems Journal and the AIS Transactions on Human-Computer Interaction, as well as a member of the international steering committee for the International Conference on Information Systems Development (ISD).

Before joining IESE, Christoph was the MBA Associate Director and an assistant professor in the Department of Information Systems at City University of Hong Kong.
