Enrique Morera has a PhD in law from the University of Barcelona, he is a member of the Royal European Academy of Doctors and has an MBA from IESE.

He is the chair of the firm "Balaguer-Morera & Asociados", with offices in Barcelona and Madrid, where he specializes in company law in its commercial, corporate, procedural, tax and economic-financial aspects, at the Spanish and international level.

Prof. Morera is also the chair of an industrial company in the auxiliary construction components industry, listed on the Barcelona Stock Exchange. In addition, he is a member of the board of directors and adviser to various listed and unlisted companies in various sectors.

He is an arbitrator at the TAB (Arbitration Tribunal of Barcelona) and has directed numerous Spanish and international arbitration proceedings.

He is the author of several legal publications, including “Responsabilidad. Concepto Jurídico y sus singularidades”, his doctoral dissertation " La regulación de los mercados de valores no organizados. Estudio específico del Total Return Swap (TRS)" and various papers, as well as case studies and technical notes for IESE.
