Her work has focused on shaping go-to-market strategies for new products and driving cross-functional coordination in complex healthcare environments, with particular attention to governance, alignment, and long-term value creation.
At IESE, Marta teaches courses in Decision Analysis and Business Analytics, helping participants structure complex managerial problems, assess trade-offs under uncertainty, and make well-founded decisions that balance analytical rigor with managerial judgment. Her teaching approach emphasizes decision-making as a core leadership responsibility, integrating data, models, and values in real-world organizational contexts.
Marta brings to IESE an integrated perspective that combines engineering rigor, strategic thinking, and practical experience in both consulting and corporate settings, with a strong orientation toward leadership, governance, and responsible decision-making.
