The theme of International Open Access Week for 2026 (October 19-25) is “The Cost of Knowledge”.
This year’s Open Access Week theme invites us to reflect on the resources required to create, share, and sustain research. Every scholarly publication represents a significant investment of expertise, time, and collaboration. Open Access helps maximize the value of that investment by increasing the visibility, accessibility, and potential impact of research, while supporting the broader goal of making knowledge available to all.
The IESE Library wants to mark the occasion by presenting you with the following resources:
- DADUN
Dadun is the institutional repository of the University of Navarra, where the scholarly output of IESE Business School is preserved and made openly accessible.
You can check the latest research by IESE Professors available on DADUN here. - Open Alex
OpenAlex is a free global index of research literature, journals, researchers and institutions, named after the Library of Alexandria. OpenAlex is free to access, and the underlying data and source code behind the database is openly available. - Open Access Library FAQ
- Guide: Open Access Publishing (Transformative Agreements)
A practical guide for IESE authors that explains how to publish Open Access through the University of Navarra’s transformative agreements with publishers, including eligibility requirements, participating journals, and the steps to follow.
The Library is here to help you discover, publish and share research more openly.
