IESE Business School has been ranked No. 3 in the world in the Financial Times 2025 ranking of Open-enrollment Executive Education Programs, published today.
This achievement reinforces IESE’s long-standing position as one of the world’s leading institutions for executive education. The school has remained in the top three worldwide for the past four years. This year’s edition highlights IESE’s international reach, high participant satisfaction, and the strong networking opportunities provided by its programs.
“This consistent position among the top 3 spots in the Financial Times Open-enrollment Programs ranking, reflects our ability to deliver a global and transformative learning experience,” said Andrea Montalvo, Associate Dean for Executive Education programs at IESE. “Our programs are designed to meet the needs of today’s executives, who operate in an environment defined by complexity, rapid change, and the rise of artificial intelligence. With a holistic focus on general management, our programs offer a distinctive approach to navigating today’s evolving landscape—placing a strong emphasis on the people who are called to lead it.”
Participant satisfaction and global impact
IESE leads the world for participant satisfaction in the Open-enrollment ranking, with an average rating of 9.96 out of 10.
The ranking also highlights the high level of follow-up provided after program completion and the excellent networking opportunities offered by IESE (which ranks No. 2 globally for this category). Another standout aspect is the school’s international reach, supported by its global presence and partnerships with top-tier business schools (No. 2 globally). Examples include the Global CEO Program, developed in collaboration with MIT Sloan School of Management, and the C-Suite Pathway, run in partnership with NYU Stern.
Custom programs for organizations
The Financial Times also published its Custom Executive Education ranking today, where IESE ranks No. 7 in the world. The school stands out in categories related to international scope: it ranks first globally for international corporate clients and second for partnerships with other business schools to deliver tailored programs.
Both Financial Times rankings are based on surveys of open-program participants and custom-program clients, combined with data provided by the schools themselves and evaluated against a set of specific criteria.
