The mission of the Eurest chair of Excellence in Services is to advance the development and dissemination of knowledge on how organizations can achieve excellence in service delivery, why should they achieve it, and how they can be innovative in this area. The establishment of this chair reflects the mutual commitment of Eurest (Compass Group) and IESE to join forces towards to fulfilling this mission.
