Objectives.
- Conduct world-class research on leadership for recognition and connectedness, exploring how various forms of inclusive leadership can drive innovation, performance and sustainable organizational growth.

- Design and deliver educational programs that equip current and future leaders with the skills to lead ethically and inclusively.
- Promote inclusive leadership practices that address the needs of individuals with diverse backgrounds, including people with disabilities.
- Engage business leaders, policymakers and society through forums, workshops and initiatives that foster dialogue and social impact.
Academic director.
Yih-Teen Lee is Professor of Managing People in Organizations at IESE Business School. His areas of expertise include leadership, cultural bridging and self-leadership. His research focuses on how leaders can develop the competencies needed to lead in an increasingly diverse and complex world, with particular emphasis on inclusion, recognition and identity.
Professor Lee has published in top-tier journals such as the Academy of Management Review, the Academy of Management Discoveries, the Journal of Management and Personnel Psychology, and regularly presents his work at international conferences. He is deeply committed to developing future leaders who are not only competent but also deeply human, self-aware and connected.
In his role as academic director of the Eurofirms Foundation Research Fund on Leadership for Inclusion, Professor Lee combines rigorous academic research with practical insights to advance inclusive leadership models that create meaningful impact in organizations and society.
