Fuencisla Clemares is Lecturer in the Marketing Department. Graduated in B.A., she starts her career in the Retail world in Continente. After she completed her MBA at IESE Business School, University of Navarra, in 2000, she joined McKinsey&Co, where she spent 7 years providing strategic advice to Telecom, marketing and retail companies in Spain and France.
In 2007 she joined Carrefour as Homeware Director, in charge of sales and purchasing functions for the whole network in Spain.
She jumped into the online world in March 2009 when she joined Google as Retail and FMCG Industry Leader in Spain. Since then, she has been supporting different industries in their migration to the internet and leading the Mobile initiative in Google Spain.
She has been involved in company balanced gender initiatives since 2002 when she co-lead the McKinsey Women initiative. She is currently leading the Networking Stream of this initiative within Google.
In November 2016, she was appointed Country Manager for Google in Spain and Portugal.
Besides working in Google, she teaches in the IESE MBA Program and at ISDI School.
