Casas

José María Casas is a Senior Lecturer in the Entrepreneurship Department and the Academic Director of the IESE Business Angels Network. He is also the Founder and Partner at TQ Venture Capital.

He holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration, as well as an Executive MBA from IESE Business School (University of Navarra). He has built his career across the high-tech, e-commerce, and retail sectors. As an executive, he served as Market Leader for Apple Retail Spain and held various leadership roles at Leroy Merlin and General Electric.

As a private investor, he has invested in and supported more than 25 ventures and received Spain’s national award for best “Exit” in 2017. He also served as President of the Spanish Association of Business Angels.

As a board member, he brings extensive experience across retail, high tech, and startups.
