As soon as you complete the competency assessment and the results are released as well as select your professional interests, you will be able to find your personalized content in your MyIESE space at the earliest.

How does the lifelong learning journey work?

We analyze your learner profile and collect competency & skill data as well as other information from you, for instance your professional interests in order to give you the best-personalized journey.

Can I have access to the lifelong learning journey without completing the competency assessment?

No, it´s a mandatory requirement, which we´ll allow us to offer you a personalized set of content and help you growing professionally.

What kind of content will I see?

The content chosen according to your skills and professional interests in different formats – videos, readings, interactive learning pills, case studies. And lots more!!!

How much time do I need to dedicate per week?

The more you invest the more possibilities you have to acquire new knowledge and skills. The time you want to dedicate will depend on your availability and motivation.

Will I receive any additional certificate by finishing the lifelong learning journey?

No, the lifelong learning journey is an additional source of learning support IESE offers you for a limited amount of time after finishing your focused program and it won´t be assessed by any exam or else upon its completion.

Is it mandatory to finish / read all the documents?

No, it´s your decision. We will offer you relevant content related to the results of the competency assessment and based on the professional interest you selected.

Will I be able to repeat the assessment at the end of the journey to see my progression?

We will introduce a number of different measurements along the way, most of which not necessarily visible to you, others you will be required to answer a personal or computer-assisted survey.

Will I get IESE Alumni status by finishing this lifelong learning journey?

This lifelong learning journey is an additional support IESE offers to the participants of your focused program to continue acquiring knowledge and skills. The alumni status is currently foreseen for participants for degree and certain open programs. The lifelong learning initiative is looking to help you build a connection with IESE via learning and growth opportunities.

Can I download / save the material I receive during the journey?

You will be able to download some if not most of the recommended content. Some of the materials require copyright licenses, but you will always be able to access them from MyIESE space.

Is the lifelong learning journey free? Will I need to pay for it?

The lifelong learning journey is currently free of charge.

Can I access the content during the weekends?

Yes, you will be able to access the content anytime anywhere. 24/7.

Can I access the lifelong learning journey content on my mobile phone?

Yes, you can. However, some of the content formats may require desktop view.
