The IESE MiF. Who are we looking for?
The IESE Master in Finance is a full-time program for recent university graduates with strong quantitative abilities and up to one year of full-time professional experience. The MiF is taught entirely in English and based in Madrid, with a global module in New York to broaden students’ global outlook.
The program is designed for individuals who are passionate about finance and committed to developing the technical, analytical and strategic skills needed in today’s financial world.
Whether your goal is to work in investment banking, capital markets, fintech or corporate finance, the MiF prepares you to navigate the complexity of global financial systems with confidence, precision and purpose.
While there is no single profile that defines our MiF candidates, the program is particularly suited to:
- Economics, finance or business graduates seeking to deepen their technical expertise before entering the industry.
- STEM graduates who want to apply their analytical mindset to the financial sector.
- Entrepreneurial profiles interested in fintech, data and innovation-driven finance.
What brings all our students together is a strong academic record, international mindset and a desire to make a lasting impact – by leading with both technical excellence and ethical responsibility.
