September 17, 2025
IESE Business School has been ranked the #3 MBA program in Europe in the latest Bloomberg Businessweek 2025–26 ranking of business schools.
The ranking evaluates programs across four indexes — Compensation, Learning, Networking and Entrepreneurship — based on surveys of students and alumni, as well as salary data according to MBA CSEA.
In this year’s results, IESE placed #3 in Learning, reflecting the quality, diversity and global relevance of its teaching. The school’s hallmark discussion-based learning methodologies, combined with personalized mentoring and international experiences, ensure a rigorous and transformative journey.
IESE also placed 4th in Compensation, Networking and Entrepreneurship:
- Compensation: Alumni consistently achieve strong career outcomes and salary progression. The program is recognized as a solid investment, opening doors to top global companies and entrepreneurial ventures.
- Networking: With more than 60,000 alumni in over 140 countries, IESE offers one of the most international and supportive networks in the world. Career services and close ties with leading recruiters further strengthen graduates’ connections.
- Entrepreneurship: IESE fosters an entrepreneurial mindset highly valued by students and recruiters alike. Its entrepreneurial ecosystem — from startup labs to mentoring and funding opportunities — continues to inspire and equip graduates to launch new ventures.
Bloomberg Businessweek also highlighted IESE’s human-centered and global approach to leadership, its strong moral compass in leadership education, and its close-knit, supportive community.
This recognition reaffirms IESE’s commitment to developing leaders who combine professional excellence with integrity and a deep sense of responsibility to society. It follows other international accolades, including IESE’s MBA ranking #3 worldwide earlier this year by the Financial Times.
