Barbosa

Fábio is a Professor of Operations, Technology and Information in ISE Business School and the Academic Director of the IESE Executive MBA Sao Paulo. He holds an EMBA in IESE and a degree in electric engineering in POLI – USP.

With more than 20 years’ experience in consulting, leading the relationship in multinational companies to design and deliver transformation programs, from strategy, processes, and solution implementations. He has a long experience leading large and complex multinational programs regarding new processes and system implementations, being responsible from risk and change management, to scope, time, budget and quality.

He has worked on commercial development of new customers, opportunities, and deals, in their majority multi-country, especially in Latin America, but with good experiences in North America and Asia.

At ISE he has designed and delivered executive training programs to support digital transformation for different sectors and industries such as Travel and transportation, CPGs, Retail and mining.

His areas of interest are Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Service Operations Management, Operations strategy.
