Women in Leadership
At IESE we believe diversity is a source of strength, and our research and programs aimed at developing women executives contribute to fomenting gender diversity. In research, we have a number of projects centered on this area: the International Center for Work and Family (ICWF), the Carmina Roca and Rafael Pich-Aguilera Women and Leadership Chair and the IESE Women in Leadership (I-WiL) initiative.
In programs, we feature two focused programs on women in leadership, delivered in Spanish: “Mujeres en Consejos de Administración” and “Mujer y liderazgo”. We encourage the presence of women across our portfolio of programs, through specific initiatives in the MBA and Executive MBA and through scholarships for women. Those include the Forté Fellows Program and scholarships for female MBAs; in the Executive MBA, the Female Talent scholarship; and in the Global Executive MBA, the Women in Business Scholarship.
