Ray Guan
BIOGRAPHY
Ray Guan is a behavioral researcher coming to IESE Business School from the US. A first generation Asian American, Ray’s research interests materialized from his multi-cultural upbringing and struggles in finding identity & belonging in a changing American/global landscape. They have also been shaped by his experience working in industry, where he most recently managed a team of data analysts for a Fortune 100 company.
Prior to IESE, Ray worked in the U.S. property/casualty insurance sector for several years, earning his actuarial credentials (ACAS) in 2018. He also completed a Master’s in Market Research and Consumer Behavior from IE Business School in Madrid.
