Employment report highlights leadership, adaptability and recruiter trust

In an evolving MBA recruitment landscape, recruiters continue to value IESE talent across industries, with the IESE MBA Class of 2025 demonstrating strong career readiness, adaptability and leadership capability, according to IESE Business School’s latest MBA Employment Report.
In today’s increasingly fragmented and network-driven business environment, employers are seeking leaders who combine purpose, agility and resilience. The 2025 IESE MBA Employment Report highlights how IESE MBAs have responded strongly to this demand. Throughout the 2024–25 recruiting cycle, organizations continued to show confidence in IESE talent, particularly valuing graduates’ grasp of AI and emerging technologies, as well as their ability to anticipate shifts in business models.
Within three months of graduation, 80% of the IESE MBA Class of 2025 had secured employment, reflecting solid outcomes despite typically longer recruitment cycles as the market continues to move away from traditional, highly structured hiring models.
Consulting remained the leading sector for IESE MBA graduates, accounting for 41% of placements, while interest in diversified industries continues to grow, now representing 33% of roles. 16% of graduates took roles in Finance, with 9% in Technology.
In terms of regions, Latin America was the most popular destination for post-MBA roles at 27%, followed by Spain (21%), the rest of Europe (20%), Asia-Pacific (15%), and the Middle East (11%).
