Hüma Yiğit Koçan

BIOGRAPHY

Hüma Yiğit Koçan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Bilkent University, where she studied on a full merit scholarship and received the Dean’s Award for Excellence in Academic Performance. During her master’s studies, she focused on how leadership and top management influence innovation in organizations in the context of digital transformation. She also gained experience as a graduate teaching assistant in organizational behavior.

Her current research aims to understand how leadership evolves in AI and digitally enabled workplaces, focusing on the new roles and capabilities that help managers navigate competing demands in evolving organizational landscapes.
