Corporate Governance

A commitment to bettering society

At IESE we’re firmly committed to creating a context in which presidents, CEOs, board members, investors and top executives reflect on how to improve the governance of their companies, ultimately contributing to having long-term positive impact on companies as well as society. We encourage corporate governing bodies to take their responsibilities beyond compliance with legal obligation and toward a guiding social purpose and commitment to bettering society.

Our Goal

To develop purpose-oriented CEOs, chairs and board members who set the direction of businesses for the long term and expand good government practice across all industries.

What We Do

  • Create the learning and networking context in which chairs of boards, CEOs, board members, investors and senior executives can reflect on and acquire new frameworks.
