Executives from the German technology company SAP will be on IESE's campus Sept. 22-23 to take part in "SAP Business Transformation Summit 2011."
The special 2-day event features prominent speakers from business and academia who will discuss best practices and lessons learned from innovative business transformation projects.
Providing opening remarks at the event is Lars Gollenia, Global Head of Business Transformation Services at SAP, who will address why business transformation is increasingly important for SAP.
During the event, IESE Prof. Adrian Done will deliver the session, "Global Trends That Shape Our Business World: What Will it Mean for Your Company?" The presentation will highlight geopolitical shifts, technological challenges, as well as changes in demographics changes and energy supplies. Prof. Done holds an MBA from IESE and a Ph.D. from London Business School.
The SAP Transformation Summit highlights transformation from three perspectives: 1) innovation-driven transformation 2), business and IT-driven transformation and 3) the importance of leadership in transformation.
