The PADE, PDG and PDD General Management Programs are extended programs designed for executives with considerable experience and responsability within their companies and organizations.


Senior Management Program (PADE)

For those on the highest level of responsibility. Offered in Spanish.

General Management Program (PDG)
For general managers and high-level executives. Offered in Spanish.
Management Development Program (PDD)
For area or department managers. Offered in Spanish.

Admissions Procedure

The admissions procedure begins with a personal interview with an IESE Program Director.

Executives interested in attending an Executive Education Program should complete an application in which one must indicate all the circumstances which one considers illustrative of both experience and professional situation.

An Admissions Committee carefully studies each application in order to situate each participant in the Program most suitable to the characteristics of his or her profile and professional experience.
