Nowadays, differentiation is a key factor of business success. Appropriate management of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) is a means through which competitive advantages are created. Therefore, it is important to know which criteria were taken into account by business managers during the decision-making process regarding the adoption of technologies. These decisions may impact different strategic areas of the company as well as its economic and operational results. Moreover, it may also affect the firm's structure and work.
During the Business and Information Technology (BIT) 4th International Conference to be held at IESE Business School in Barcelona, topics will be approached from an industry perspective (June 12th), and also an academic perspective (June 13th).
