BREAKFAST WITH AN ENTREPRENEUR
EIC and Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO) are organizing a breakfast every three weeks where an entrepreneur shares lessons and experiences with MBA students.
The Center participates in the organization of competitions, conferences and other activities designed to recognize excellence in the entrepreneurial work of students, company managers and entrepreneurs and to stimulate innovation and business initiative.
Some of these activities are aimed specifically at IESE students or alumni, but many others are open to the public. For more information, please consult our agenda.

GROWTH WORKSHOP (Growth Academy)
Growth Workshops aimed at business users of Aplicativo Plan estratégico de Crecimiento (PEC) On-line co-developed by IESE Business School - Barcelona Activa - (2008-2011). The workshop is designed specifically as a platform to support the management of early stage high potential growth companies using the online PEC application. The purpose of the workshops is to assist companies selected by Barcelona Activa and IESE Business School to develop its Strategic Growth Plan and monitored over a year, providing support to improve the quality of their proposed business and its commercial value to raise awareness among entrepreneurs about the importance of defining a more focused value proposition, how it should respond to the needs of market segments and different clients, and to improve the skills of the management teams involved.
INVESTMENT READINESS SEMINARS
The objective of this seminar is to explore different dimensions of the creation and growth of new companies, as well as to promote innovation and generate new business in established companies.
The format called Venture Academy is a platform for simulation and training that enables entrepreneurs to improve their communication skills and presentation of their business projects to potential investors, both substantively (present the information needed by the investor to make a decision) and in terms of format ("elevator pitch", personal presentation, executive summary, business plan ...)
IESE has developed customized programs on “intrapreneurship” (corporate entrepreneurship) in various multinational companies (including BBVA, Randstad, Telefónica and Henkel), designed and customized for these organizations.
The business school offers short focused programs that address the needs in a specific area of the company in an intensive format. The program portfolio is highly varied and deals with topics such as entrepreneurship, company management, human resources management, project management, and business ethics.
Training programs are designed for entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial teams with business projects in various stages of development, with special attention to the needs and challenges associated with the early stages of the life cycle of the company.
